TRANSFORMATIVE EXPERIENCE

psychedelic assisted therapy.webp

Here you can find an experienced sitter who will be able to hold a safe and healing space for you to have Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (PAT) sessions.

We also host PAT retreats for small groups who have an interest in going deeper.

Please familiarize yourself with these videos and do your own research and then contact us if you wish to know more or would like to book. We are not here to give advice just to provide a safe service for clients in need and who meet our requirements for assistance.

Humble Therapies

These sessions are designed to work on altered states of consciousness to review and reveal our current perceptions. Working with psychedelics under the right circumstances and preparation we can gain greater clarity, healing experiences, insights and understandings which previously eluded us.

The therapists here will be able to prepare you for the experience, sitting with you the whole way through acting as an anchor and physical support system. They are skilled at gently navigating you into what will be helpful to experience and out of any unnecessary loops that might manifest. The therapist will also provide the time to chat and integrate the experience after settling you back into the surroundings and grounding you back down into your body.

With every experience, there is a 3 step process. Firstly there will be a 1.5h preparatory session with the therapist. These sessions are for you to get familiar with each other and to identify areas of poignancy to be worked on in the experience. The second step is the experiences themselves. This is a 10-14 hour day with the first dose and a 6-9 hour session with the second dose both with the therapist where the work is set in motion. Lastly, the follow-up sessions are vital to the integration and applicability of the sessions. In total, you will have around 26 hours of 1-2-1 attention to facilitate the most

We have developed an in-depth therapeutic process that you will be guided through at the start of the first dose day. This is a mixture of investigation, setting up key anchor points for you while in the experience, looking at things that might block or restrict the letting go in the experience as well as meditation, dance and yoga. This builds up a report between you and the therapist and gives you tools to use in the session and in life moving forward.

As part of the program, we see the most benefit of repeating the session 1 to 2 weeks later.  Use the same sitter to further explore anything that you might want to look more closely at. There is little therapeutic
